In Aikido club «Hokkeksey» have spent a testing (certification) according to the WORF
In August 2016 Aikido club «Hokkeksey», based in Perm State Humanitarian-Pedagogical University, successfully have spent a testing by WORF version at junior level. In October, planned testing at advanced level.
Certification according to the WORF - a quality control mastering of aikido techniques. The evaluation methodology used reliable measurements transmitted by special sensors. Evaluation methods are different at various stages of preparation, depending on the task. The main assessment criteria are, for example, accuracy fulfillment of movement sequence, the selection of techniques entry point, the retention period of concentration, etc.
Assessment methods use mathematical models of aikido techniques, optimized according to the criterion of energy saving: with minimal effort provide getting the best results. At each stage of preparation, using different valuation methods, corresponding to the level of practicing and problems to be solved.
Test for beginners (from 10 to 4 kyu inclusive) is to control the accuracy of performing the sequence of movements, aimed at the primary skill development of dimensional orientation. Program and methods of Aikido club «Hokkeksey» suggests that for further progress students should be able to determine the change in the position of their body in space relative to the starting position up to 5 cm for rectilinear movement and up to 5 degrees for rotations. The test is calculated for a couple, as at this stage, students should master the basic performing shape of the technique.
