The universal soft skills practice in Aikido. This is the foundation of a quality control system.
The pace of scientific and technological progress in the twenty-first century dictate entirely new requirements for the qualification of professionals, involved in high-tech fields. Now it is not enough to have knowledge and skills in highly specialized area, other competencies are needed to improve efficiency in one or another form of activity. At the World Economic Forum held in Davos in January 2016 had formed a social order to educate people with special qualities, outlined in the report " The Future of Jobs". 
The most demanded in 2015 were the following skills, collected in the TOP10 versatile skills:
- Complex problem solving;
- Coordination with others;
- People Management (HR);
- Critical thinking;
- Skill to conduct negotiation processes;
- Quality control;
- Service orientation;
- Judgment (evaluation) and decision making;
- Active listening;
- Creative thinking.
According to experts, this list in 2020 will be as follows:
- Complex problem solving;
- Critical thinking;
- Creative thinking;
- People Management;
- Working with others;
- Emotional intelligence;
- Judgment (evaluation) and decision making;
- Service orientation;
- Skill to negotiate;
- Cognitive flexibility.
Most occupations in the countries, participating in the fourth technological revolution, are demanding these skills. This gives reason to suppose that, in the education system of the best universities in the world should appear educational process that allows developing these skills.
However, when it comes to technology, which requires the guaranteed receipt of those or other properties and qualities for a limited period of time, the most important task is the development of an adequate system of quality control of the educational process.
Such a quality control system can be established just based on of objective data, such as measurements of adaptation processes and motor functions. To do this, is necessary to define these qualities from the point of view of neuroscience and biomechanics that seems possible at the present level of science and technology development.
For several years at the Aikido Club "Hokkeksey" at Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University has being conducted research in this area are being formalized in the program of special training «Kiwami».
Working on the program has shown, that research in this direction are closely linked with the ideas of quality of life, of life expectancy of both the individual and social groups, as well as improvement of artificial intelligence. Also, work on the formalization of the program has showed that most of the research is interdisciplinary in nature and opens up new prospects for the development of scientific and technological direction.
